survey conducted at the start of the ARCA project emphasized the need for exchange of views and practices, and put the emphasis on the practical aspects of training.

Training Village provides a platform for research and discussion for the European Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Europe. Resources are available with regards to funding, good practices and research projects.
Peaceworkers UK has developped a description of the Core Skills they consider essential for Peacework and the vocational standards associated with them. These core Skills can be the basis for some training. You can download them
