On the resource page, you can see that a number of documents and links are related to the use of vocational training sector, in the broader sense. The general idea is tht Peacetraining could make use of the existing standards to implement them in the more narrow field of training for peace.
The resources in the field of peacetraining are scarce, in terms of funding, time, and resources. Moreover, there are a number of widely accepted standards in the training sector, for language training, assessment methods, or quality standards assurances.
One of the possibilities would be to make use of these accepted standards and implement them in our trainings. For instance, asking for a certificate in language proficiency as a selection criteria for the training, or using the widely accepted principles for assessment of competences.
